Item	Status	Date or window	Source
PS5 / Xbox Series X|S digital	Released	September 24, 2026	[01]
Windows — Steam and Epic	Released	September 24, 2026	[01]
Physical copies	Scheduled	October 15, 2026	[03]
Mac — Steam and App Store	Announced	Later in 2026	[02]

The launch announcement also lists GeForce NOW. A cloud-service listing is not a promise that the game is included in a subscription; check the service's ownership and membership requirements before choosing that route.

Release times, early access and preload

The June PS5 announcement offered 48 hours of advance access with Digital Deluxe. That was an earlier start before the regular release, not an ongoing early-access development program. The same announcement gave September 25 for New Zealand. Do not apply one region's calendar date or that PS5 offer to every store. ^[04]

Now that the digital launch has passed, an old preload schedule does not determine whether you can install the game. Use the product page and library for the account and platform on which you own it. No future preload date is confirmed here for the Mac version.

Buying a disc or waiting for Mac

The physical date changed after the original release announcement. Check SteelBook and physical editions before treating a retailer's old September date as current. For Mac, wait for a dated announcement and Mac-specific requirements; the Windows specification is not a compatibility checklist for an Apple computer.
